Frankfort Kentucky has a lot to offer.  From the quaint, historic downtown to the notes of bourbon lingering in the air…Frankfort is charming and beautiful.  Spend the day shopping on Broadway at Completely Kentucky to enjoy some of the finest treats and artisan products unique to Kentucky.  Maybe you’d like to immerse yourself in a book at Poor Richard’s or go next door to enjoy a great cup of coffee at Kentucky Coffeetree Café or around the corner at Engine House coffee. 

If you love bourbon, let’s enjoy a tour and tasting at Buffalo Trace, Castle and Key, Glens Creek and more.  There are great local restaurants you will not find anywhere else.

Nestled between Frankfort and Lexington, Versailles Kentucky is known for its beautiful horse farms and iconic scenery.  Take a tour of the beautiful Kentucky Castle, tour the Blue Grass Railroad and Museum, or have a bite to eat at the world-Famous Wallace Station Deli and Bakery (Guy Fieri stamped and certified it). 

If you’re feeling nostalgic, be sure to check out Nostalgia Station Toy Museum.  Or continue your bourbon tour where Frankfort left off and check out Woodford Reserve Distillery.  There are Orchards, Farms, and a Winery in Versailles.  There is plenty to see and do. 

Lexington Kentucky, home of the University of Kentucky Wildcats.  If you love horse racing, Keeneland is an exciting horse track that is beautiful.  If you are looking for a more intimate way to enjoy horse racing away from the massive crowds of Churchill Downs … Keeneland is the place to be.
