Check a few listings online and look at the "Zestimate." I cannot believe the shear number of agents listing a home at that estimated price without providing the seller with a detailed comparative market analysis to determine the price.  

Agents that list at the "Zestimate" in most cases and causing you to leave money on the table.  There is a good chance your home is worth much more.  Demand more from your real estate agent.  It's not personal, just business.

I have found that in most homes, 30% of the furniture and items need to be removed and stored in the garage to make a home more appealing to buyers.
